Someone in the Netherlands said this
herr_wagner - Tarl was growing all kinds of poisones herbs when he lived in the netherlands. maybe he ate some of that crap?

Apparently Tard's gardening "skills" followed him to the Netherlands and he was know to grow poisons.

fuck
no one recorded it?
Not legal to post apparently.

So the judge was going to issue a no bond warrant for Tarl when he wasn't showing up, but then his mom came on all panicky yelling "can you hear me" and told the judge that he had a seizure while sitting at his computer waiting for the hearing and is currently in the hospital (I wonder who drove him there since both his parents were visible in the call.) The judge didn't seem to buy it and tells his mom (who doesn't seem to be able to hear anything) that he has until the next hearing on the 27th to produce two clean drug tests.

So, what are we betting on? jail time? mandated rehab a la Bossman? or the classic Rekieta eternal probation now get outta here you scamp, and have some coke for the kids?
Given the flagrant violations of the no-contact or probation or whatever it was, given that New Orleans was in their words "praying" for jail time, if he's still alive, I'm optimistically betting on THE JAILHOUSE.

Wouldn't the warrant only be at a state level? So basically as long as he doesn't go back to Louisiana he should be safe? It's the Vermont case he needs to worry about.
VT will extradite if NOLA issues a warrant, they probably won't pick him up, but next in person court appearance in Rutland they'll just hold him, and it will be up to NOLA to pick him up, so he could be in there for a couple days waiting to see if they will go thru the trouble of taking him back to LA.
If the dollar sign is the first figure, then $45.56 IS six figures. Duh.
We're even counting the decimal?

And nowe we get this shitshow on Kiwi Farms! Honestly this is better!
It seems like the only figure missing in your photo montage is Wally George, the pioneering tv trash king in Southern California regional tv, who was the template to all that followed: Springer, Morton Downey Jr. et al. Such memories! Wally!, Wally!, Wally!...........

@Styxhexenhammer666 Does Stolas accept blood offerings if your anal cavity is ruptured in jail, Tarl? As that big black man is doing his thing you're telling him he's going to regret it.

Last I heard was the magistrate continued his case. Can't remember the date - it was either later this month or March. Court docs should be updated this evening. But I wasn't present for the probation revocation part of it, due to my admittedly unadulterated exuberance.

My first impression of the magistrate was that she was no-nonsense and the Drunk Agoraphobic Pirate was fucked. But the more I listened to the other cases on the docket, I realized all she was doing is arguing with the fucking prosecutors. She seems very... how you say... progressive pro-crime.

All that being said, the Drunk Agoraphobic Pirate has undeniably violated almost all the terms of his probation. It's hard to imagine how he could avoid the inevitable 6+ months prison time at this point. Unless of course, his spells and potions are actually effective.

Any ambulance calls on the local scanner? These often are logged online, sometimes with audio, or later in the local paper's police blotter.

It occurs to me that Styx's drunken ramble about how he can legally use marijuana because he has a medical card (despite it being recreationally legal in VT) might be related to the terms of his probation. Do the courts in Louisiana typically allow marijuana consumption with a medical card when they demand drug testing?

hahaha they said that? wow
Yes, they did.

CRIMINAL DISTRICT COURT
PARISH OF ORLEANS
STATE OF LOUISIANA

CASE NO.: 564-482 "M1"

STATE OF LOUISIANA
VERSUS
TARL WARWICK
------------------------------------------------------------

MOTION TO REVOKE THE PROBATION OF THE DEFENDANT

NOW INTO COURT comes the State of Louisiana, through the undersigned
Assistant District Attorney, and who in accordance with Louisiana Code
of Criminal Procedure Articles 900, et seq., petitions the Court as
follows:

1.

On June 18, 2025, a bench trial was held and the defendant was found
guilty of domestic abuse battery. The defendant received a sentence of
six months suspended on July 15, 2025. He was placed on active probation
for a period of six months.

2.

Throughout the probationary period, the defendant has had contact with
the named victim in the protective order issued on June 18, 2025 and
expiring on June 18, 2027 as part of the probationary conditions ordered
by The Honorable Chief Judge Juana Marie Lombard. This contact included
text messages, phone calls, and in-person meetings which occurred in
Vermont.

(See Exhibit "A" - audio recording of interview by Vermont police with
victim detailing all contact with the defendant
.)

WHEREFORE, the State of Louisiana prays that the defendant's probation
be revoked in this matter and the full sentence of six months be made
executory.

Respectfully submitted:

lol nope. He's on Louisiana probation - he must play by those rules. He's absolutely delusional.

Not sure, but I get the impression the judge didn't have the info about the protection order violations in front of her as she didn't mention it at all. Or she just saw the lack of any compliance with the drug testing for the entire period of probation and didn't bother reading any further. So I'm thinking he might be fucked on his next court date when she takes a closer look.

Both Ed and Pam present in-room, and no evidence of any Ambulance having come, and McDonalds employee of the month pretending not to hear the judge (is this thing on? tap tap tap). Stoner Queen Pam couldnt even put on the tears or nothing, dry eyed as a statue.

I say the chances are slim this isnt a bull dagging lie.

Yes the typical prayer for relief. It's part of the customs, sense, and usage of legal communication.
I'm changing my opinion and kneeling along with the State of Louisiana and praying for relief from Tard Wartdick being allowed to exist outside of jail.

Are we all just pretending we dont know who this is at this point? We get that you escaped containment but dont you have to pretend to not be who you are to keep it clean?

Hurt people hurt people. Ex lovers. Ex husbands. Kids. Cake pans that are at fault for dropping food.
