What a week. Not only did this guy failed to press charges on his ex-girlfriend, he's getting insanely low income from streaming, and now he apparently had a seizure during his court hearing. I keep thinking, "how can this get any worse," and time and time again, WEEKLY at this rate, it gets worse.
 
I found Styx in 2016 during the first Trump election. He was a bit eccentric but also down to earth when it came to the election. I just can't believe how far he's fallen. In 2016, he would shout his books out but he never went into detail about them. The occult was 1% of his show. Now we are in the alcoholic faking seizures to avoid domestic violence in New Orleans arc. He was a quirky but reliable source of news in 2016, now he's wearing a Michael Jackson glove and knee-high boots to hide the cutting he's doing for blood magic. How many people has he killed with chaos magic? How much is too much, guys? We're approaching Lord of Illusions caliber shit. We may have to bind Styx one day, to end the horror of chaos blood magic.

Wasn't Anton involved in "shananagins", once of Tarl's favorite words, around his business in Roanoke, Texas?, forcing him to move locations? It always seemed a bit shady to me. Plus, the cost of his offerings ( Itried some biltong out of curiosity, I confess) are simply outrageous for what you get. Not a poor man's sponsor.

It is right to doubt a seizure. I used to encounter drug seekers on the ambulance faking seizures to get Valium. That fakery gets exposed the minute you present them with a visual threat or shove an airway down their throat. He will probably have to back up that ER visit claim.

If credible, he will be given something like lorazepam IV and/or offered detox protocol. If this is real, it could easily kill him a couple of different ways.

If this is genuine, he will be offered a second chance, as with the hospitalization after the spice overdose.

He will detox for a couple of days if he does not have DTs. If they have a bed available and he chooses to accept it, he'll be transferred voluntarily to the psych wing, where he will receive a longer stay.

Imagine if Styx is fucking dead and Nikki still gets prosecuted for busting his face. There's really almost no possible way this can turn out that isn't funny.

I suspect that only a 90-day 3-party commitment would get him straight, and even then, he has a knack for making stupid, srlf-sabotaging decisions. I have a stereotype for young male alcoholics—they are the most incorrigible even when they're not spoiled NEETs.

Court-ordered rehab at Serenity House or Valley Vista with intensive outpatient is usually the fate of your average Rutland bum. Without a court order, he'll detox and check himself out.
 
Fake seizure is bold and innovative. Nobody had ever thought of faking an acute onset illness to escape consequences before.
