- tall weeds everywhere
- hedges overgrown
- siding is falling apart, needs to be replaced asap
- looks like there is a tree growing right into the south side of the house, into the eaves, possibly damaging the eaves and roof
- gutters are probably clogged full of leaves judging by the state of the rest of the property and the tree growing above the roof
- there is a literal overgrown jungle on the southeast side of the property

Looks like you need to invest some money in repairs and maintenance. Hope that the siding, eaves and gutters havent caused water ingress and rotted the wood frame, or the repairs are gonna be more expensive than a simple residing and gutter job.
Since this is a house built in the 50s, I suspect it's poorly insulated and leaks like a sieve. Your HVAC bills are gonna be sky high if insulation wasn't retrofitted.
Edit: also looks like your neighbor is using part of your property for his lawn and driveway, if the Google Maps property line is correct.

It's hard to tell from the photos, but the windows look to be vinyl, so they're definitely double pane, probably argon/xenon filled. If the contractor who did that wasn't a conman they probably took care of all the window flashing and caulked all the trim. Not much in the way of roof vents, so I imagine plumbing backups would be the most likely expensive issue to happen. That tree on the side of the house though is way to close and needs to come down before the roots start forcing their way under the foundation. Is having sophets on the eaves a New England thing?

Sam's mom was a single mom so she probably got all the exact opposite advice. Saharah is mixed part black and indian, likely single mom too. Nikki, I don't know, she's fat so probably desperate and low self esteem.
