Whatever is going on with his teeth is well past the excuse of coffee, wine, and cigarette stains. You'd think knowing that you have huge teeth like that, you're aware that's the first feature someone sees on your face that you would take care of them! He's been on a "We're all gonna die" toot, lately. I checked out his standalone video on the topic and it just seemed petulant and condescending, as if he's under the impression that nobody else believes that death comes for us all, and he aims to pop our balloon. It's an oddly retarded take.

She is currently seeing a psychiatrist. Mental illness comes in many shapes and forms. Agreed that posting here is not doing her any favors, which I've already said. It's just a sad situation, her mind being like that

Lots of women go to therapy then go home and drown their kids in a bath tub. It is beyond bizarre how much you run cover for Sam. I can only assume you are also exactly like her and so far down the crazy hole that it’s impossible for you to realize that sometimes, people are just shitty people

Reading how she refers to her kids (calling a nursing baby a leech ect.) and how much she tries to get away from them, it clear she's done with being a mother and there's really no coming back from that. I never had PPD so I can't really claim to know what that's like, I would be inclined to blame it on PPD but those texts are recent, and her just flat-out not wanting to spend time with them is more telling.

Edit: I probably would have gotten PPD if it weren't for nursing. I chose to nurse because it's superior and I had the ultimate excuse to excuse myself from tiring bullshit like long family visits. Nothing beats cuddling/co-sleeping and breastfeeding. I could never imagine feeling like my baby was a leech. She should have gotten help for PPD.

His animosity to me comes from the fact that I have decoded and know how to mitigate his narcissistic personality.
