You seem to be trying to improve. That's great! Putting in the effort is the best first step, perhaps the courts will see that. It just really does not look good here because you seem to be in a bad, stressful situation but remaining calm is always for the better. Have you tried meditation? It's tough to get into but once you persevere and get used to it, as well as calming your breathing, it starts to affect your brain and you think more clearly :)

I dunno about trying to help her, though your heart is in the right place. This woman is mentally unwell, and as much as she claims every man on here that harasses her is her ex husband, she better hope he isn't lurking here, because she's a verified user now, and all her posts about shit will torpedo any case she tries to make about regaining her kids. Like, the judge will dress her down if her posts get submitted into evidence.

Maybe Tard has a lot of game and can get all these women lusting after him but he's lazy in the bedroom so none of them were ever satisfied... It'd certainly explain the constant female anger in the room.

One of the symptoms of BPD is that if you are kind or generous to them in any way, they see it as a sign of weakness and view that person with contempt. When it happens irl, they immediately go predatory to see what else they can get. Online, they become rude, dismissive, and supercilious. That's why well-meant advice generates such comedy.
