I also asked how long the lease will continue, but that's just me being nosy. When I give people advice on apartment renting, it's one of my first questions.
Specifically, how long is the lease, did you lock in a price for the entire term, will you be able to meet that burden, and what happens if something goes wrong.
It's essentially stuff you need to figure out before you move into a place.
