police do not make an arrest based on mere texts. Maybe a visit from a 2nd hand call, but not an actual arrest.
I covered this in my previous post. This is what leads my questioning.

Either
Sekhmet set off sam to dig up an old gambit and make the call as part of an alienation plot
OR
After styx suggested he might be money short, Sam called in a cold case she knew would go nowhere to get him to keep paying.

a year old discharge isn't gonna lead to anything real without cooperation by sam (which is part of the leverage) or physical evidence (which no longer exists). Why do you think he was out the same day to post LOL.

25-CR-13320 , Rutland Family Criminal Court

Court Date January 26, 2026 in Family Criminal Court, which confirms its a domestic charge. Still does not show up in Vinelink at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility. He might be being held in the local city police jail and not transferred there yet. It is a shared prison/local jail.

Possibly, but what I'm getting at is that it could be an anonymous tip.

From the legal shit Tarl has experience with domestic violence present, an anonymous tip would be enough to send his ugly ass away, at least temporarily.

no sara I just covered this twice now. You do not get a visit with a direct arrest and specific charge based on merely an anonymous tip, especially not one like a negligent discharge that requires a witness/victim on record. So either Sam called because she was tricked or because of leverage or cus she is crazy and randomly did it.
His restraining order violation in Vermont got dismissed, a simple report alone might lead to an arrest on the still existing order sure.... if it came from Sam. So again back to my point.
