ODD's usually a childhood diagnosis. If he had it, though, and if symptoms didn't resolve either after treatment or naturally with time (they pretty clearly did not), there's a good chance he has Antisocial Personality Disorder. Whether he meets diagnostic criteria is kind of complicated since it requires that his ODD developed into Conduct Disorder and that this was recognized before reaching the age of majority, but he does seem to have a lot of symptoms.
