As far as I know, discovery has been made and they're going to trial in April. He wasn't supposed to contact me when he was released from jail, but he was begging me to forgive him and let him get better, to which he didnt (no surprise there) . All I wanted was to see positive change and after all the bullshit he's put me through dude....ugh. I genuinely don't even care anymore it's just annoying that I'm associated with this shit stain for a long time now. He could've walked away and left me alone like I asked him to before July of last year.

So I have called the local cops multiple times and they do nothing. Once they did a wellness check on me, and Tarl fled the apartment. Again, I was holding onto a hope that Tarl WANTS to stop being a lying cheating abusive POS. I've emailed the local police with screenshots of emails and texts from him during october or november 2024, showing in detail that he has been in contact with me. Nothing has happened because they want me to go down to their office to fill out paperwork. I don't want to do paperwork. I asked them to come to me, because he was busting in my bedroom door and put holes in it, broke into the room after accusing me of "going off on him" but really I locked myself in my room because he started saying crazy shit like I should be tossed out of a window so I figured I'd give him space but he took that as an attack. The cops don't show up here, nothing happens. Abusers keep abusing. Maybe my home state will actually have the balls to prosecute this asshole, unlike this POS blue state that sides with anyone who has money.
