This is what Styx's Docket Master says prior to the officially scheduled start of his 3PM Central Time court appearance. I don't know if Styx's lawyer handled some stuff before hand, or if this is just some preliminary data entered before the court case begins. I don't know when they will update Styx's record. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe we will find out if he doesn't upload shows tomorrow.

1) Maybe BPD girl. Always lying and stirring up drama for the thrill.
2) Hypothetically Styx was breaking up with her, so she is getting her final revenge. Remember, this is the guy who talked her into a ride to the abortion clinic the first time around. She left her marriage, husband & 3 kids for him. Maybe he beat her or really hurt her feelings at a prior instance. This time she could set it up to have evidence.
3) Styx has half a million subscribers on youtube and at minimum a reasonably successful income. He had enough money to fly fangirls in, set them up in a hotel, just to fuck them and send them back for the next one of the list. He can afford to support a wife and kid in the Netherlands. Styx seems to be able to afford that and a new place for Styx and Samantha to share. In short, he should have money. Most people are not worth suing. Styx would be an exception that lawyers might go for in civil court. Especially if he has a criminal domestic abuse charge against him. In short, Styx is worth suing. Remember, that she is divorced from her husband. She doesn't have custody. She was a stay-at-home-mother. She was recently e-begging on facebook for money. She could be desperate for any kind of future and way to get cash. She could walk into an lawyers office and they would take her case on contingency. You might even see dollar signs pop out of their eyes.

This is what I don't get about all of the girls scared of Styx suing them. No lawyer will take his case on contingency, but there are plenty who would go after Styx's pockets.

As for the rest of it, I'm not convinced either way. The way she talks reminds me Amber Heard's recordings that were shown in the Johnny Depp trial. It cuts at a weird moment that doesn't make sense if the context is supposed to be that the phone got turned off and he did something to give her a bloody nose. The "God Damnit" she says right before the video cuts doesn't match the emotional state I feel I was supposed to hear up until that point. It sounded like she wasn't getting Tarl to say what she wanted him to say.

The one minute video isn't seamless and is cut onto this one which means we still can't actually verify Tarl's voice isn't being overlaid out of context. Is it possible that she willingly cut off the recording herself at which point THEN Tarl hit her? Sure? I guess? But why didn't she just keep recording?

I'm fucking confused.

* Tarl was present with his lawyer, Jared Bradley (DON'T BOTHER HIS LAWYER).
* Court "Reset" this matter for Oct. 15h, 3PM to confirm Tarl is enrolled in DV monitoring.
* Tarl doesn't need to show up on Oct. 15th hearing IF he is enrolled in DV monitoring.
* I don't see any sign that Tarl's bail was revoked. Tarl must have a competent attorney.

It could be revenge for the last time they were together. Stickman promised marriage and family when all he meant to do was pump and dump. Then he pressured her to get an abortion when she got knocked up, according to her, and offered to make her a wizard’s brew if she wouldn’t get it done at a clinic. They broke up shortly after and then he married and had a kid with Elizabeth after stringing Boon Dock Jade along for many moons having also promised her marriage and family. I thought this could all be a Witches of Eastwick type demon vanquishing but that would have been a seriously long gameplay even if they didn’t start conspiring until he abandoned Elizabeth. Too many things had to fall into place. But this could be an opportunistic revenge scenario. Icky Sticky IS a manipulative and abusive narcissistic prick. Perhaps Samantha used this particular cycle of narcissistic rage as an opportunity to nail him. I don’t think any of these women are bright enough to pull off an elaborate conspiracy, but Samantha strikes me as someone who could be just calculating and deceitful enough to manage a revenge scenario IF the opportunity fell into her lap which it did. Either way, the truth will out eventually. It always does.
