Let's not turn this into a Christian vs. atheist vs "neopagan" threeway brawl and just laugh at the situation tho.

Also Satan very much not real, even by biblical standards. It's a TITLE in the bible, not a specific person. The snake in the Garden of Eden is not Satan, it's just a snake, his curse does not apply to any further instances and he very much did not lie. Yahweh lied about the consequences of eating the fruit, the snake told the truth. But it's a Promethean story, he had to, in order to "start off mankind". Remember, this is supposed to be an origin story for what the people at the time perceived as reality. The Satan in Job and Numbers is a pretty ambiguous character (we're not even opening the can of worms that is Yahweh's divine council). There was no reference to "Lucifer" or fallen angels that's a mis-reading of a metaphor. Every other mention is a clearly distinct opposer in the OT. And the NT is fanfiction.

there are enhancements to domestic battery that are aggravating factors from the "Domestic Abuse Child Endangerment Law" including:
child under 13 present, strangulation, burning, causing serious bodily harm, use of a dangerous weapon, and finally use of a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury.
not sure if the unlocks require children, but im fairly certain he wouldnt have gotten out so cheap/quick if the domestic battery was aggravated.

Battery certainly means there was injury. The only thing I'm not sure about Louisiana is if they have an 'aggravated' statute to add to a DV which meant basically life threatening.

This is possible he used a non-lethal weapon or really closed fist punched. Sometimes I think Jeremy truly believes in the idea of 'there is not bad publicity' He might want to read about some of the failed serious lolcows on here, especially ones that get involved in harming women, kids, and the elderly.

In this vision, God rebukes Satan directly

Matthew 4:1-11 (The Temptation of Jesus)
In the New Testament, Jesus converses with Satan during His temptation in the wilderness
Matthew 4:3-4, Matthew 4:10

Luke 22:31-32 (Jesus speaks about Satan’s desire to test Peter)
Here, Jesus mentions Satan's direct involvement in testing His disciples

Mark 8:33 (Jesus rebukes Peter, addressing Satan)
When Peter speaks against Jesus prophecy of His death, Jesus addresses Satan's influence
