Just catching up to this but $7500 seems on the high end of a first time standard DV arrest bail. That probably means it was severe or something weird going on. Also if he gets convicted of this is gun rights are gone for good too, DV is the only misdemeanor that'll do that.

My impression of this guy from the very start was disgust. People think critikal is gross looking, this guy's critikal -- for personality and sleaze factor. I can't believe Quartering, who was doing pretty well got into it with this dude of all people. Melanie Mac isn't any good either, but she's not some repulsive trash that I can tell. The very few times I checked one of Jeremy's stream with him on Rumble there were tons of comments saying get rid of this Styx freak, he sucks. Wonder when Jeremy falls off the wagon. His best move would be to distance and dunk on this fool as much as possible and do a 'I dunno what I was thinking'. thing.

I never believed in Styx's financials being all that great. For a long time, he refused to use Superchats, his livestreams aren't that good, and selling books on the occult is extremely niche. He probably did enough to be solvent before his marriage, but not much more beyond that.

To his credit he was an early advocate of alternative streaming/funding sites so he might have a deal with Rumble or others. I haven't kept up with him in years and just assumed he was doing well based on his globetrotting lifestyle now.
