and trying to get your brit lawyer to bring a defamation suit over petty personal drama to an american court is extremely unlikely to achieve anything

That said, about the only way Styx could be subjected to England's laws would be if he were to initiate a lawsuit against someone in England's court. Styx can't pull this crap and still expect to hold a threat of a lawsuit against Naijella86. Hell, statements like that might even hold criminal consequences in England's courts.

I would say that there is a zero percent chance that Styx would ever try to sue Naijella86 in England lest all of his statements that verge on criminal be admitted and he face real prison.

@Naijella86 Styx just handed you your get out of lawsuit card free. No more worries.
