Well, if he's out of custody and they didn't give it back him they did. If they took it as part of an ongoing investigation (hopefully he made sure they had a warrant) then our boy might be in some hot water. Is this why he hasn't been here? Having an account only accessible by a single device isn't uncommon, I wonder what kind of juicy stuff they're finding right now.

I hope he at least had the common sense to turn it off before he surrendered it, at least make them work for it.
