Are people actually interested in other people’s YouTube plaques? It seems silly and pointless to own one if you didn’t earn it and have your own name on it.

He seems a bit agitated during the whole deal. Why would anyone care enough to pay to own it? He's not exactly Edward R. Murrow.

Betcha ol' tarl is really happy he chose his drug-addled "morals" and not taking ad-revenue for all these years. Don't worry, his (lazily "edited") books and boomer superchat paypiggies will pay mommy and daddy's bills. Maybe he's selling it to fund a plane ticket for some more cheap snizz.

What does he do with what he calls his literary works? As far as I can tell, he just republishes public domain items. Assuming they once had editors, what does he add? Does he have a scanner read them with OCR, then he tinkers with the format? Does he modernize the language? Annotate? Whatever he does, it sounds as if the stuff is like reading a Dr. Bronner's soap label while you're on the throne—a big waste of time.
