It also tells us that either he doesn't have credit cards, he has less than a 7500 limit OR he is within 7500 of his limit. It's entirely possible that he's debtmaxxed at DSP levels.
To be fair, his estranged wife and child likely take a chunk (40%?), and he's taken on Redneck Blanche DuBois, whose legal fees he helps with, and whose helpless waif histrionics cost him another bundle of his own legal fees. Through a concatenation of heartbreaks and alcohol use disorder, his brand has begun to tank, so that income stream slows to a trickle. Pretty soon, the billfold is looking rather maigre.
