Just what we've seen on video is DV, albeit of a pretty minor sort. I'm definitely reserving judgment on the bloody nose thing though, even though it's plausible. If this owl demon worshipping idiot would do what he did on video, I wouldn't be surprised if he did it.

@AnOminous That is what it is supposed to show. It isn't that great of a resolution. But the evidence provided, is the evidence provided.

What surprises me the most is that according to her texts to Julian, she just gets nose bleeds often. That would mean that the blood isn't from Tarl throwing her around or striking her. Just because she cried so much. I am leaning towards believing that she told Julian the truth about the nose bleeds.

In the screenshot, she says "I've been getting nosebleeds every day". So that's probably why the nosebleed photo looked inconsistent with an injury. Apparently she gets them regularly from stress or something.

I agree. I imagine getting hit in the ribs with a phone hurts quite a bit, even if it doesn't leave the world's worst injury. Of course it's entirely uncalled for as well. He could have spiked the phone into the ground if he simply had to have a bitch-fit and throw something out of anger.

Samantha's friend did her no favors by posting that video. The new narrative is 100% more plausible. I hope New Orleans milks Tarl's bank account dry.
 
I don't think Sam comes off that bad in this?

She initially contacted his Sister to let her know what happened, stated she was begging the police not to press charges and that he had previously assaulted her in the past twice.

Julian was initially guiding her to work it out and give an ultimatum about his behaviour when he's sober but that seemed to changed when he found out more information.

She seems to have Christian morality and pissed off Styx when she told him that her niece cannot do whatever she wants and corrected him and took it bad when Julian betrayed her trust.

Styx will fuck around and break up marriages and manipulate women to sleep with him with the promise of marriage but God forbid you have any friends of the same sex.

Seems like a case of "I can change him" but with a quarter gook, hedonist pagan with social anxiety.

Tarls live right now and has admitted he's an alcoholic who is now disgusted by the sight and smell of alcohol. Does that ring a bell in any of the evidence posted so far regarding his communications with the woman he's 'beaten'?

This is what I got from watching the video and looking over the screenshots --


1. Samantha is a nutcase. That comes in loud and clear with every screenshot.

2. This all started when Tarl accused Sam of cheating.

3. Samantha claims Tarl threw her phone at her, bruising her ribs, which didn't seem apparent in the screenshots. Samantha then brings up the fact that this wasn't the first time he assaulted her and that his alcoholism has been an issue.

4. Samantha decided to bring in the cops only when Tarl threatened to break her phone. Seriously?

5. The infamous bloody nose that everyone originally thought was due to Styx hitting her was due to a recurrent bloody nose issue that day and not trauma or assault.

6. Styx apparently needs someone to physically accompany him on trips, including sheparding him back home to Vermont?

7. Styx has Japanese ancestry through his father.

8. Samantha's friend Julian isn't much of a friend, is he?

What she needs to do is go the fuck back to her husband or her parents house and raise those 3 damn kids and Tarl needs to take his ass back to Vermont and shut the fuck up until the court case is ultimately dismissed for pain in the ass reasons (see how cyraxx got away with the baseball bat incident because it wasn't worth the squeeze)

That was a claim made on Undead Chronic's youtube channel. I never saw it substantiated anywhere. Samantha's texts now show that Samantha called the cops after Tarl threw her phone at her ribs.
