Good point, I guess the baggage I carry from visiting "truther websites" where most things are """bad""" outside the Bible, where you end up having this effect. This has nothing to do with Tarl, but it's a good idea to shed old wineskins in moments like this. Look I don't think Styx is a stable faultless guy but I don't hate him either. I'm just glad to watch some drama that doesn't involve me or my family for once.

Also that weed thing...she might handle smoking it OK but she might not. I know the stereotype is potheads are chill but my experience has been they are only like that when high. He met a black lady from the UK, then dumped her for a white lady from the Netherlands. He got the white lady pregnant, they had a baby, he beat her, then fled her country (Netherlands) back to vermont. (abandoned 2 year old).

Moved back into his moms spare room, got back with his ex (drug addict/grope chick) who is from Louisiana, did something to her (enough to get arrested for domestic battery with a $7.5 bond, so... ) He’s stuck in limbo awaiting court dates for ugly whores.

That’s the biggest deal about this… even arm chair lawyers would understand that verbiage. That’s the scariest part, that’s saying evidence points towards YOU. Stinks is used to being gaslit, but this will come down to whether or not sam shows up to court to testify. There being a protective order, it will not name her. Tuesday at 3pm is a show-cause hearing. Little Tarl will have to show the judge that he complied with the orders from 10/1 (enroll in domestic abuse program, surrender his firearms etc.). There will also be a hearing on the charges where his attorney might try to get them dismissed. He won't succeed.

Even if she doesn't show up, it's the state vs him on the charges... it'll be the prosecutor/arresting officer vs him... I've known people in this situation, and the state doesn't give a fuck if the "victim" recants or no-shows... it usually results in a plea... meaning Styx loses his guns for a few years and has to do rehab/anger management.

I think the prosecutor and judge will make an example out of Little Tarl and throw the book at him. I bet they've already watched half of his retarded videos, including his unrepentant jail video detailing how the charges are "mostly spurious", how he saw dope use in jail and how everyone's chill there (except the people that work there.) What a total f*cking dumbass.

What's the bet a southern prosecutor and the judge will think that's cute? You think they are going to go easy on an arrogant little yankee know-it-all who abuses his Dutch wife (most likely with their daughter present) and then makes up some malarkey about her "drug dealer" boyfriend threatening him? Then a few months later goes on to cringe-grab his "girlfriend's" cute little tits on stream, They've seen this kind of alcoholic depravity a million times before. They know that he needs to be taught a lesson.

And teach him a lesson is what they're going to do. Assuming he gets an attorney, he will plea out, but he'll serve some real time in the can and have a domestic battery charge on his record in perpetuity. No more guns for Little Skinny Tarl for 10 years. No more showing off on cam about how he goes out back and shoots his glock into the air for fun. What a f*cking lolcow.

Ironically this IS the best outcome for him. It will give him a chance to reboot and reset. Will he? No. He'll be back doing the same old shit within a year.
