@Styxhexenhammer666 Tarl, for your prospective journey to New Orleans jail/prison, you should cut your hair and learn to consciously move your tongue away from your tooth gap while making the ESS sound. Trust me on this.
Tarl needs to do his best to plea out and do his time anywhere other than jail in Louisiana. It's been brought up several times in the BMJ thread, but many criminals view jail as worse than prison. Prison is much more highly regulated than jail. Inmates are divided up by thing such as crime, violence risk level, race, gang affiliations, etc. There is an order to thing both established by the administration and staff as well as by the prisoners themselves. Shotcallers and lifers like to keep things calm both because it's their life and it fucks with business. They're there for years or decades at a time. Dumbasses know not to rile up the COs and get lockdowns and searches called.

Jails are chaos in comparison. Guys constantly coming and going. There may be large open squad bay style housing with dozens of inmates instead of 2-4 man cells. The commissary also sucks, both in the offerings and the amount you can spend at it. Tarl, who gets beat up by fat women, might walk into his pod and the first guy he sees is some gangbanger on trial for multiple homicides. I don't even want to think about the feral pavement apes they have in the New Orleans lockup.

Say hi to Tarl's new friends!

How many warrants does he have now?
A non-extradition warrant out of Vermont for a failure to appear during a felony 1st-degree domestic assault case involving a firearm, and this new warrant out of Louisiana for failure to appear for a probation violation hearing about a misdemeanor DV case Tarl pleaded guilty to, which I believe will be an extradition warrant. Both cases involve the same ex, Samantha Keister.

Some of us attended Tarl's court hearing today to observe via zoom. It was a hearing regarding a motion to revoke his probation for his DV case in New Orleans.

Here are my notes I took while observing the hearing. Taken without the use of any recording or transcription software. They're pretty detailed, but they are not an official transcript and may contain errors or omissions. It is not a verbatim transcript and should not be treated as an official record. The official transcript can only be obtained from the court reporter.

Defence Attorney?: If i could approach judge before we start.

...

Tarl: Hello your honor?

Judge: Sir it is my understanding that you have picked up new charges while on probation, and that your probation officer instructed you to come in and you declined.

Tarl: Well I have given paper work actually your honor to both my lawyer and his clerk showing that the RFA violation was dismissed, in the state of Vermont. Uhh I believe that there is reciprocity between this two states, it was uhh completely dismissed and it was sealed, so ummm that has been given to him but I don't know when that can be given to the court. I've been compliant in every other day, I have talked to Shawn every single week...

Judge: (interrupts) Sir were you charged with a violation of my protective order?!

Judge: And why is your camera not on?!

Tarl: Excuse me?

Judge: Your camera is not on!

Tarl: Yes I know.. uhh lemme... uhhgh lemme try to get this on (sigh). I'm sorry but zoom is a little bit different than it used to be. Uhhhh lets see.. this might give ... this might take a second ... my apologies

Judge: So Mister Smith has he sent you paper work showing the charges were dismissed?

Woman: No judge what we show is that there's an outstanding warrant in Vermont... appearing in court.

Tarl: I don't know how to turn this on at all.

Judge: All right Mister Warwick accordin' to the DA there's an outstanding warrant for your arrest in Vermont aaand according to Mister Smith he ordered you to come in today and you did not and there's an open case for a violation of this court's protective order so at this time since you won't come in voluntarily I'm going to issue an Alias Capeas You can either come here to get it recalled or you're going to get picked up at some point in Vermont and then they're goin' to hold you n' extradite you. That is completely up to you sir...

Tarl: (speaking over the judge) May I... May I speak?!

Judge: ...but as I understand you currently have open charges for violation of the protective order .

Tarl: (speaking over the judge) mmrmmr

Judge: ...that is a condition of your probation and by violating that order you are in violation of the conditions of your probation

Judge: So...

Tarl: (speaking over judge) May I speak before the court please?

Judge: ...you can come in next week or the warrant just stays open until someone picks you up and extradites you back to Louisiana.

Judge: Thank you

Tarl: May I speak before the court briefly please?, just for a moment.

Judge: Sir you may speak but anything you may say is going to lean more and more towards your probation being revoked an imma tell you why you have an open charge fer violating my protective order

Tarl: mhmm (affirmative mumble)

Judge: Your probation officer gave you the opportunity to come here and speak, I'm giving you one of two choices I'm issuin' a warrant now cuz you're not here.

Judge: (drawl comes out) you can speAk aall day long in this courtroom like everyone else on probation does (drawl goes back in). Bein' on zoom is a courtesy I'm tellin' you now you have open charges pending, i want you here, with any paperwork you have, you don't pass it on to somebody to give to me, and until you come here on your own volition you will have an Alias Capias out for your arrest for violating...

Tarl: (slurring)(speaking over the judge) your honor.

Judge: ...the terms of my protective order, violating the terms of your probation, and refusing to come to court when ordered by your probation officer now the quicker you get here the quicker your warrant gets revoked, and the quicker you get to stand in court and make your argument all day long otherwise thank you.

Tarl: (slurring) ok...

Judge Alias Capias no bond, violation of conditions of probation.

Judge: (kicks Tarl from zoom call)

I would also like everyone to know that the next defendant was an African American gentleman who's zoom name was "Get Money 💰" and the judge had to ask him to stop eating while he was talking to her.

Gemini AI interpretation of the added twist of hiding out in Brooklyn, N.Y:

1. Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent Person

In New York, where he is reportedly staying, Penal Law § 260.25 is very strict. If it can be proven that he is knowingly staying with someone who is unable to care for themselves due to mental disease or defect, and his presence is "likely to be injurious" to their welfare, he could face a Class E Felony.

  • The "Fugitive" Factor: A prosecutor could easily argue that bringing "fugitive heat" and the potential for a police raid into the home of an incapacitated person constitutes a direct threat to their safety and moral welfare.

While Warwick is the fugitive himself, the situation puts anyone paying for that apartment (the guardians) in extreme legal jeopardy. However, for Warwick, if he is using that person’s status to conceal his whereabouts, he could be hit with additional charges for Hindering Prosecution (NYPL §§ 205.55–205.65).

  • The fact that he’s an out-of-state fugitive doesn't protect him; New York law allows for charges if you are actively taking steps to prevent your discovery and arrest while knowing a warrant exists.

If the thread’s theory is right—that he’s living off funds intended for this woman’s care—he could be looking at Grand Larceny or Financial Exploitation charges.

  • In New York, using a vulnerable person’s resources (like their housing or stipend) for your own benefit while they are under guardianship is treated as a major offense.

Living at a fixed, known address while mocking the court on Zoom is a massive strategic blunder.

  • The Warrant is Active: Now that Judge Lombard has issued the Alias Capias, any law enforcement agency in Brooklyn that becomes aware of his location is legally empowered (and often required) to pick him up.
  • Extradition: Since the warrant is now "in the system," Louisiana can request that New York hold him for extradition. The "non-extradition" status he might have enjoyed for a simple misdemeanor often vanishes once a judge issues a bench warrant for a "Failure to Appear" in a protection order case.

Summary of the "Total Situation":

He’s gone from being a guy with a "paperwork problem" in Louisiana to potentially being a felon in New York for how he's choosing to hide. The participants in the thread seem to realize that by nesting in that specific apartment, he’s turned a manageable legal hurdle into a potential multi-state criminal disaster.

"Tarl: (slurring)(speaking over the judge) your honor." "Tarl: (slurring) ok..." :story:

Styx wasn't fooling anyone! HA

I can't believe his tactic was trying to trick the court into thinking that the one Vermont case that was dismissed and sealed was the only case where he violated his protective order. You're not going to find a judge as dumb as your remaining fans Tarl.

It seems like they were going so easy on him with all of his legal issues, and he has just picked the worse possible course of action in every situation. He's literally on twitter taunting the court.
The VT prosecutor is clearly talking to LA. If he for even a second communicated with the VT prosecutor, he would know he can't pull stunts like that.

Fitting he’s going to end up in prison over the most childish thing he can do instead of just manning up and owning to his mistakes.

Keep it coming Tarl let’s see if you can go for the 3peat with warrants!

He's in NYC, living with a mentally disabled woman (literally), probably getting black out drunk as we speak. I really don't hope you get your wish.

Tarl; the bearded, man child mid-wit vampirate! Mocking the court of law, like watered down wannabe Temu version of GG Allin. Keep it up @Styxhexenhammer666! The longer you stay out of prison & on the "run", the more entertainment you provide us, and the worse you make it for yourself; which then feeds back in to the entertainment cycle/value of your Bumfight-esque lifestyle!

>tell the new orleans court the vermont charges were dismissed
>tell the vermont court the new olreans charges were dismissed
>both courts let you off scot free
4d chess winning strategy from the magic pirate king

Seriously though this is some retarded shit a 9 year old would try on their parents like saying one parent told them they could do something and never think both parents would ever check with each other on what really happened.

Silly Millennial thinks he gets points for barely phoning it in. What an asshole.

Both Ethan Ralph and Bossmanjack are better at dealing with their legal troubles than Tarl. That's fucking pathetic.

They say these are the most popular segments but they’re boring as shit
They were better at one point. I think the Quartering material peaked during the Amfest fiasco and Melonie being visibly repulsed by his presence. Now that he's back to opening cards, it's just multiple hours watching Jer play with Pokemon cards and bitch and whine about the Casino, which of course they're going to pick through because it's personal but I don't think they understand it's fucking boring to everyone else.

Reminder BTW all Tarl had to do was pass two fucking drug tests and not talk to Sam. It was that easy and he would have been home free. Drug tests are notoriously easy to fake

Over/under he pulls a Roman Polanski and fucks off to France
I'd be impressed if he pulls it off. Canada will reference US records before allowing entry. A DUI gets people refused and I can't imagine warrants like this fly. I can't see him playing his cards right in Mexico to actually pay bribes to not be bothered, more likely they take his money and bounce his ass stateside anyway. Airports and Seaports both have outbound customs. It's mostly cursory checks to ensure you have your paperwork and won't be immediately bounced back, but they'll also check for open warrants. It sounds like this one is serious enough not to slip through the cracks. Unless he was on Zoom at the airport he's unlikely to leave before their system is updated to reflect the warrant. A private flight is a theoretical avenue for getting out of the country but you need to not be a broke, gay pirate to pull that off.
