A quick look says as long as the judge sets a specific bail amount, you can always put it up in cash in full. If they don't want you to bail out (like for instance you are a flight risk or a danger to the community and arguably he is both), they'll just set it so high you can't afford it or not give it at all.

It's not like it will really matter. If he could afford to post the entire bail he could afford 10% or whatever to a bondsman too.

There are at least reasonably good odds if they have to drag him back to Vermont (or he is still there) that he will be cooling his heels for a while.

Both his YT and Rumble are in good standing. He just hasn't uploaded anything in over a week. Pretty sure he's too drunk, tired, and beyond paranoid to do anything worthwhile right now.

He's not banned, he's a fugitive on the run from the law and he won't upload anything because the metadata could lead to his arrest. He's just lying to the remaining dents in his audience.

Best case scenario, we get some weev-style streams from nondescript locations in undiscernible countries. Second-best case, we get a bodycam from the US Marshals dragging this pirate to the gallows.

There is no reason why Styx can’t escape just by fleeing if it’s executed well. This isn’t a murder suspect, after all. If keeps low for a while he could run out the statute of limitations or start a new life elsewhere. However, I don’t think he fixed his underlying problem and if he doesn’t drop the bottle he will end up sucking BBC in the niggerslammer.

Sometimes I talk politics with people IRL and they echo your point of view, that if it's not the most serious of crimes then it's not a crime. We'll see how that works out for Tarl.

No, he's been charged. The statute of limitations is how long the government has charge him. Since he's been charged, it doesn't matter.

I do wonder how fast they'll get him.

Styx had a panic attack in the Dutch airport. Canada would never let him in and he had to command mother to help him after he hurt his back walking up the driveway once. He's most likely hiding out at Mel's. He's just lucky that the courts have been too incompetent/lazy to lock him up. Or maybe he really does have magical gay owl powers 🤔

A crime is still a crime, but I doubt the government will allocate more resources than necessary to find a gay internet vampirate. But it’s Vermont so maybe they have nothing better to do there anyway.
