I've browsed beast couple of pages. Hes being returned on the warrant. What's not mentioned is his FTA more than likely gets him a no bail revocation when in front of the judge.

The only caveat is if hes somewhere outside of state and they choose not to extradite him because of the cost vs prosecution. This happens when the cost of moving a suspect from one state to another may exceed whatever it would cost in time and money in fighting an extradition warrant.

However if they are aware of tarls open flaunting of said warrant I get a feeling they will make an exception for tarl even if the charge was littering at this point after his x post
