I don't really care about Styx either way. Neither exceptional or notable beyond a pirate hat. But I would actually like to see him turn this around, fix his health as much as possible, and be a lucid contributing member of humanity, as much as possible. Sometimes people who have been to the pit learn alot when there's nowhere to go but up. He might even have better takes. I don't expect it, I'm expecting images of a Simpson-yellow Tarl before the end, but I'm a sucker for a human comeback story.

That's a very good point; especially if you look at the comments to his posts from time to time. I think most of his fans have no idea what's going on with him. They know nothing about his daughter, his harem, the domestic abuse charges, the court date(s), the Rutland news article, etc.

His fans just go to him for his political analysis and that's it; but, he did at one point have some charm, so it made him pretty likable.

The bookends of your sentence hit me. His daughter will grow up and the only things she'll know about her father will be articles like that one, this forum, and a cringemaster restaurant menu. His video catalog will be a journey with embarrassing later chapters and a tragic ending.

As much as people like to say that the Internet is forever- it isn't. Next time the news site gets revamped, stuff will change and eventually URLs will go nowhere. Even trying to find an NBC.com post that's 14 years old is nearly impossible. Of course, since Google bought DejaNews and archived everything before closing it, we've got a great timelime from the late 80s through the early 2000s of USENET.

I would like to hope little Twigs, like many other children of fuck ups, will reject her father's way of life after seeing the consequences first-hand. Liz can't conceal who her father is; hundreds of videos, articles and posts connect them, but she can rise up and do much better in life despite, and in spite of, her father. Living well is the best redemption for having a trashy family.

Why do you think he’s facing 16 years? The pointing a gun/illegal discharge is only 1 year and a 50 dollar fine. Hasn’t the other shit already been dismissed?
