I think if you're home so much that you can track your neighbors daily comings and goings, you really shouldn't be critiquing how short their work day is.

Edit: She's a free bleeder, ew. If you're so against paying pennies worth of tax on disposable pads and tampons, there are reusable methods. I bought a menstrual cup about five years ago, and have never looked back. It sucks that feminine hygiene products cost money, but you're a fucking dirty animal if you would rather bleed all over yourself and your furniture and clothes.
