I still have mixed thoughts whether or not he's a troll. I'm new here, but don't legit lolcows sometimes say they're fake in hopes that people will stop?

I'm in a call with the guy right now. He has a pretty deep voice and I keep hearing beeps in the background.

In the dick pics there was an IV line visible on the back of one of his hands. He may be still in the hospital (for weight-loss surgery?).

His current stay is because his O2 saturation was low. He doesn't use his BIPAP machine like he's supposed to so they forced him to stay a few days.
