Yeah, insane is the operating term.

The Anarchist's Cookbook is... dangerous for more than one reason. While it has recipes for making bombs and explosives out of stuff you can legally purchase it's in some cases incomplete and unless you already know what you're doing you run the risk of killing yourself in the process.

I'm actually thankful that Fatty is the lazy ass that he is because as incompetent as he is he's more likely blow up his kitchen or accidentally gas his family than to do any actual damage to Null or the Kiwi Empire.
