According to my Black Panthers contact, Striker has pushed for peace in the past. I wouldn't be surprised if Striker commissioned something regarding peace and @Reshiram put his own spin on that, then Striker got embarrassed.

I followed his instructions very closely, really I just put in some exclamation points! Please urge your Black Panther contact to get in touch with Striker as he seems to be unclear if they accept his apology or not

I asked my contact, he said that Striker has not outright denied commissioning the piece, but that Striker has, however, been dismissive and tried to change the topic.
My contact also says the Black Panthers are considering this offer and wish to consult Null before making any decisions.

Maybe Striker is regretting being so forward with his apology? Perhaps he now thinks he should of asked the Black Panthers if they even wanted him as a servant rather than assume they did. Hopefully the Black Panthers see through this and see his genuine heart.

Wow! This is very strange. Maybe there is something deeper going on in the picture that I can't see? Maybe the peace offering was a cover to get me to draw it? Possibly the image is sexual? I do not understand why he'd ask me to post it publicly if it was sexual and therefore private. I feel quite annoyed now that I was tricked by him
 
He's probably doing it in response to this whole Black Panthers bullshit, which is honestly trying too hard imo.
