Stonetoss really can't draw palms. The thumb has a ball of fat on it, that's what gives the palm its concavity. But he always slams that onto the pinky despite drawing visible thumbs. He's consistently drawn hands this way.

Hands are tough, but you at least always have a reference for it.

If I had to guess, he's a jaded or former Libertarian/Ron Paul supporter that fell into the Alt-Right orbit like a lot of Libertarians did.

Ephebophilia is a way for pedophiles to say "actually..." and one-up people calling them pedophiles.

The Youtube video in the second panel is some dumb dragon furry arguing in favor of ephebophilia. It's a popular /pol/ meme because of how particularly absurd it is. I believe he also cites Plato in his justification.
