They are? I thought that was the entire point of them.
Sex discrimination too.
Hooters, for example, gets sued by men every so often for sex discrimination in hiring.
Basically every few years to a decade, there's some lawsuit or big news story about corporations or other organizations getting caught trying to discriminate using some trickery that they hope will dodge the law. But they get caught, sued, and shut down. And then the diversity grifters think up a new trick.
Like to start with, numerical quotas are outright illegal. The rule is basically that race/sex cannot be a factor in rejecting any specific client.
So corporations and universities started doing shit like having "personality" tests that ask stupid shit in the hope that they'll squeeze out the whites and more successful minorities in favor of blacks.
That was what the Harvard Asian lawsuit was about.
There's a big lawsuit about that right now regarding the FAA using personality tests to cram in less qualified blacks.
