You know, I should just add in my two cents.
To be fair, I was actually going to watch this show when it first came out, mainly because I was already watching Adventure Time, Regular Show and Gumball at the time. I never got around to watching the pilot, nor any of Season 1 for some reason.
Then I found out that the voice actress for Amethyst (Michaela Dietz) used to be the voice of Riff on Barney and Friends and it immediately turned me off watching the show.
Given how shit the fandom seems to be now, it feels like I dodged a bullet there.

These people have never had any contact with the real world isn't it?. I'd pay all I have, just to see the moment they must step outside their homes, away from their PC, and real people interact with them, especially the bad people.

this is the same kind of show based dicussionwe are trying to avoid. Between this kind of thing and mr 'porn from children's cartoons is good' up thread this thread is getting closer and closer to that 'diseased' tag.

Not that I'm immediately aware of, though he IS into The Amazing World of Gumball so it's likely. Given his current state, I'd be surprised if he wasn't.
