A while back McMillan did a continuous story line with her comic, called Resistance to Ecocide. It's exactly what you'd expect.
However, it does provide for easy edit bait.
My challenge to you is to see if you can make a coherent story line using her edited panels. Good luck.

Because there are ignorant people everywhere. Also, Americans are very unlikely to have ever dealt with a real totalitarian state.
While there are a few educated Marxists, who are generally fools on one level or another, there are also just outright imbeciles. Phil/ADF is probably the best example of the kind of person who is a Communist these days.
A lot of times, people will just say they are to be edgy while knowing fucking nothing about Communism whatsoever. I doubt Phil could explain dialectical materialism to save his life, for instance.

I was actually trying to explain it but I kept deleting and starting over. But basically we have it really good here and most of the USA doesn't really know what communism, capitalism, or socialism is and the whole fucking country is pampered as fuck and doesn't realize it.

Say about her what you will, but Stephanie ist really good at drawing ADF.
All this "proletarian revolution" shtick aside, what really grinds my gears harshly is this ultra-hyper-dark green-attitude of hers. I have been looking at her eco-related comics and what I gather from them is that she wants to abolish any and all technology.
There is a profound number of environmentalists out there who want to power humanity exclusively from renewable energy sources such as wind, solar and biomass. While from the standpoint of physics this is a highly questionable proposal at best, at least these people want to build some technology in order to supply electricity. Stephanie on the other hand hates simply all technological energy sources, including wind and solar:
One may ask, with neither fossil, nor nuclear, nor renewables, how does she plan to power her computer and websites once her dream of a communist - or rather: anarcho-primitivist eco-utopia has come to pass? Maybe she assumes she won't need any more intarwebz once her aims have been realized, and that she'll just live happily with her animal friends in the forest??
She comes across like some 1970/80s radical neo-luddite combined with a Red Army Faction sympathizer, or, like @Randall Fragg said, like a lazy Unabomber.
She probably thinks Greenpeace are eco-killing technocrats and Bernie Sanders is a fascist because he plans he improve the current system via reform instead of having a revolution and burning everything and may even have debated Republicans at one point instead of stabbing them right away.

The high levels of background radiation in Guarapari is due to the geological composition of the area, not, as you seemingly imply, the results of the Evil Capitalists.
That's right, nature caused a radioactive hot zone.
This isn't surprising to anyone who's knowledge of radiation is beyond "saw a Simpsons episode", as pretty much every fucking thing is radioactive. Bananas, your basement, air, sunlight.
The only way to protect yourself from radiation would be to stop eating, drinking, breathing, going outside, and living in a lead lined bunker.
Not that there'd be much point, because, unlike cartoons, higher than normal background radiation isn't going to turn you into a mutant or melt you. At worst, you get a higher chance of cancer.
If you need further evidence that your fear of radiation is overblown, how's this? You can swim in a spent nuclear fuel pool, and as long as you don't dive so that you're next to the rods, you'll be fine. People actually do this as a job.

Oh a communist lolcow! These are my favorite kind because communism is for leechy layabouts who want to live in a world where they don't have to do anything but their philosophy entails that they'd actually become slaves of the state. The very people who put so much drive into it are the ones who'd be outside in the hot sun breaking rocks with sledge hammers.
On a side note her artwork isn't the worst I've ever seen, it's typical of what I expect of webcomic artists... from the '90s. I do occasionally see really bad art like the Spanish soldier with the American flag though. Stephanie at her worst almost meets at the middle with Iconoclast at his best.

Because the government has tighter control of the extraction and manufacturing industries if the government doesn't care then it's obviously an ecological disaster. Under capitalism there is a strong incentive to capture regulatory agencies and break laws because the fine to the company is less than the cost of compliance. Under socialism you both answer to the same boss and the employee breaking the rules isn't sheltered by the company. They've broken the law and go to jail. (Ironically libertarians love bringing up regulatory capture as a reason not to regulate business)
Not saying that I wanna live in a highly socialistic society but that's the reason socialism and ecology pushed by the same people in the USA.

Regardless of the reasons, nominally socialist entities like the USSR and China are environmental monsters. The United States is a paragon of environmental virtue compared to them.
Regulatory capture and moral hazards and other vagaries and problems of administrative agencies are nothing compared to when the government is totalitarian and corrupt by design.
