It's not. It was just being retarded and bringing up French in a like "pardon my French" way. I'd love to see it come to QC and interact with the frenchies though.

I might be wrong but doesn't Canlii only have judgments on it? Doubt there would be anything on it considering Stefonknee on it yet if so.
 
We do all learn french in grade school, though, so I guess it's a thing?
I've been looking for more info on the case I posted the article for and Mr. Wolscht, but am coming up empty on both. Given the charges he's talking about were in North York, they might be separate, as the TCC only runs to a few stops.
 
Quite interested to see what he's going to court about.
 
Did anyone catch the daily court lists with his name? Still havent been able to dig up the case or news about it, so I was hoping someone saw what it was. He also has been very silent. Wonder if it was a family court thing which would explain the lack of news about it.

If it's about child custody it's probably a family court thing and private for that reason and even if it isn't, and involves minors, their identities would be protected, which would incidentally involve keeping the parents' names out of it too.

You can generally apply for access(what Americans call visitation) to your children at a later date. Stefonknee could get access, however if I recall correct Stefonknee was had some criminal charges last year and given that Stefonknee tagged the police it the twitter post I would suspect this is a criminal trial ... and indeed it was
