Stefonknee is the perfect example of what I refer to as "Buffalo Bill syndrome".

Buffalo Bill syndrome is, essentially, the gender equivalent of Munchausen syndrome. Typically, sufferers believe that being transgender is just something you can choose to be (hint: you can't), and that those with gender dysphoria are gatekeepers. Their chosen identities are usually outlandish (like claiming to be "voidgender", or "transage", or a "gender terrorist"), or they try and go completely whole hog in their new-found femininity/masculinity (which nobody over the age of eight does).

Most sufferers have an intense distrust of psychologists. Some of them even go so far as to advocate cheating on gender dysphoria tests (like the infamous Jennifer Diane Reitz, of transsexual.org infamy). Many are fetishists, like Stefonknee.

"But StarvingAutist!", I hear you say, "why would you pretend to be transgender? Why pretend to be someone who can legally be discriminated against in some states?"

Because victimization is cool, that's why. Because they want to be seen as victims, that's why. Because the victim industry is profitable, that's why.

Tl;dr: Stefonknee isn't transgender, he's just a fetishist who wants to be seen as cool.
