I think you'll find those particular items he's using (urgh, the things you learn while looking through the fet community) are in fact for making one's nipples more sensitive by applying suction pressure to them.. Most definitely a sexual thing (similar to NSFW pussy pump or using clamps )

nah, im pretty sure its an actual breast pump for lactating women. nipple pumps aren't usually shaped like that and generally dont have the top part... thing. that seems to be exclusive to breast pumps.

Not a powerful level thing, I have experienced this first hand( through oral contraceptives for regularity), but the only solace I find in Stefonknee hooking up a fancy Cow milker to his man boobs is that eventually, when you do produce milk the prolactin from doing so tends to make you feel miserable and zapped of energy...
