I doubt it. He doesn't seem like the sort to face criticism directly, but to whine loudly about it in an attempt for asspats. Besides, I think the frequently negative attention he's getting from mainstream media places is more likely to get his attention than some fairly obscure Internet forum.

I thought this too initially but the overwhelming majority of people that suffer from schizophrenia or psychotic episodes start experiencing symptoms in their early to mid 20's. I'm not saying it's medically impossible, but It's extremely unlikely that a fifty+ year old man with no prior history of mental illness would have a psychotic break of this magnitude.
