I really hate how for newer games they just never go above 50% . I remember back in 2015/2016 games that were only a few years old would be off for like 85%. For some reason the other souls games are not on sale despite Elden ring being reduced.
That's because back in the day Steam was making flash sales, games were at a hard discount price for a few hours.

Furi is just 2 bucks right now and I would highly recommend it. Its a weird mix of bullet hell and parry hack n slash, just going though 10 boss fights one after another. The style is just fantastic, done by Takashi Okazaki the guy behind afro samurai's art, and the music is incredible especially the carpenter brut tracks. It is a Harder game but most of that goes away once you get the parry timing down and get used to the dash mechanics, you dash when you let go of the button because you can charge it so tap dashing feels delayed. If you stick with it like a true gamer you'll be rewarded with probably my favorite credit sequences in a game.

is it worth getting darktide, you dont have to reply guys, gib the disagree sticker if its shit or agree
the ratings are currently 65% on steam, not really worth if you ask me.

Doesn't seem like there's anything worth buying, tbh. Pretty much the same stuff that went on sale last year is on sale this year. A lot of the newer titles haven't been out long enough to get a good discount yet so, eh. I might actually save my wallet some pain and skip a year.

Why is nothing working ? I really don't understand why this shit is getting worse every sale. It's been two hours already, fuck me.

Servers were borked earlier because of too many people logging on and looking to see what was on sale. I couldn't access my wishlist for a while myself.

I'm not simping for the jewish developer or anything but getting hung up on the cosmetic mtx/"f2p"-ness is a bit silly. It's the same as Vermintide. You shouldn't be spending money on their gay cash shop anyway. If you like horde shooters, it's a blast. Absolutely worth $16.

I pay for the GOG version since they are providing an updated offline installer (with fast download speed). Warez releases are often not updated or only updated to DLC's, repacker (hosting) sites is also very slow to download from (torrent links can often be just as slow). For 1$ on sale to not bother with +24 h download, I'm fine with that. As long as all the DLC's are included in said cheap price (still not paying for Stellaris).

Now, I have noticed that there is more slop on GOG, so I rarely even get GOG games.
GOG Games is pretty up to date and uploads to Gofile, which doesn't seem to have any daily limits, and with parallel downloading of JDownloader 2 I can max out my bandwidth. Most of the time I'm going to pay for a game if it means I get something I wouldn't with a pirated copy, like Factorio mods, if I actually care about the dev and want to support him, or like you said, when it updates frequently. Though nowadays I stick to older games so finding a GOG release on a warez site is easier. There's very little that I'd want to get from Steam, and the stuff that I do is just too expensive for me to justify, like all the Yakuza games. I already spent too much on them so fuck that.

Got Far Cry 4 FUCK ubishit for not selling the gold ed for like 9e like last time (still sucked them off byw)
And got gold ed of Atomic Heart (dont worry ukie bros one day i will buy Stalker 2 but not today)
And since i had less of the money i thought i had i gotta wait for bank to process like 2,08euros so i can get Lossless scaling shit like come on the shit is fully automated if you can instantly take money then you should instantly convert money.

GOG Games is pretty up to date
I forgot to mention that I'm taking this to acccount: They don't provide the Mac or Linux releases. I want for the games that has a Mac/Linux version to be available too. The Mac is more a novelty, but the Linux one I do want access to since I know that far into the future, I will switch and I do want the installer for it on the HDD.

Is the new Lords Of The Fallen worth it for 15 dollarydoos? I am a Souls slop enjoyer.
Purists don't like it but it's the closest anyone's come to emulating From's formula which is surprising as here we are 15 years later and it's still elusive as ever. It has a good aesthetic and level design but the bosses are kind of boring, weapons feel same-y, and there's not a ton of build variety once you figure out what's decent and what isn't. It has replay value and some interesting optional NG+ modifiers you can enable. I think it's easily worth $15 but I have a high tolerance for this kind of crap. It's better than Code Vein but not as good as Lies of P imo.
