It gets even worse than this. 10-heart event with Penny, he stands on top of the barrels outside the Spa and peeps through a window. Also prefers to bathe naked in the mountain lake instead of going to the spa, which is free for everyone.
Remember to ALWAYS extinguish his campfire when starting a new game.
 
I figured you guys would have a solid idea of when update 1.7 would come out.

ConcernedApe has teased that there will be 2 new marriage candidates and something about the kids being more interesting.

Which makes sense, it’s kind of weird how it can be literally year 25 and they’re still toddlers. Perhaps a function like the golden clock, call it the iridium clock, where it stops time on a date permanently? I kind of like spring and summer. And Sandy of course deserves to be wedded. She lives in a desert. With her only company being gambling addicts and gangsters.

I wish Leo didn’t have to live in a treehouse by that creep Linus. I think it should have worked like this: if you marry someone, then Leo gets their old room. He would probably love living by the ocean in Elliot’s Thoreau-wannabe shack. Or board with Marnie and be best friends with Jas. That would be cute I think. Or the farmer can spend some of his time to build him a proper house.

I also wish they had more fruits and veggies for the supposed farming sim where you basically race to automate the farm. Lettuce, olives, perhaps lemon trees and stuff like that. Plus more complex recipes and- *trails off*

bobby lee got the chance to show his farm to the creator of stardew valley and it sounds like hes justifying his life choices at the gates

I've played and "completed" the game back in 2017-2018, apparently Ape added several shitloads of content since then. Is the game still easy to get into or is it becoming a mess with unbearable amount of "stuff to do"? I glanced (trying not to spoil anything for myself) at descriptions of Ginger Island and the movie theater and I can't imagine how they can be integrated into the version of the game that I remember

Bruh I would not jump back into star dew valley until the 1.7 update lol. You’re going to spend days on a new farm, and then have to create a new farm so you can make love to Sandy

I thought 1.7 is already out because I saw the announcement of marriable Sandy and Clint (still no hat mouse *sigh*). I still would've waited since I just started replaying Skyrim (heavily modded of course)

He just did a 10 year anniversary video showing the progression of Stardew and ended it with the announcements. He's stated a few times that Clint got a bit more hate than he deserved/intended.

VTubers didn't exist when he started working on the game. Its clearly a design choice based on a more simplified color palette he chose for the entire game.

I dunno what tranny shit theyre talking about tbh

At one point it does seem like the pink haired weeb girl might secretly be some mtf tranny buying hormones or smth but it turns out her secret is shes actually just getting antidepressants for grief so idk. The writing overall is a bit plain compared to the base game but still better than most mods.

Last I played I didnt see anything else and the mod does help bring a bit more life to the valley even just in seeing them walk around and stuff, so even if you end up not liking all of their stories much they act as good BG filler and the map makeover for some areas is pretty aight too. Doesnt seem particularly more woke than the base game at least outside of having a few more non-white characters (of which 2 are completely white & anglo passing lol), plus the creator is friends/worked with ConcernedApe himself so this is like the 1 mod with somewhat official endorsement. And I vaguely remember the people behind that godawful 'diversify stardew valley' mod being mad about that for some reason which is a win for me.

Plus its pretty funny you can date both a guy and his hot mom at the same time
