So I sucked it up and tried watching an episode of Lower Decks (no, not on Paramount's faggy streaming service, I watched it illegally) just to see how bad it is.
I now not only hate this show but I want everyone involved in its creation skinned alive and thrown down a mountain of rock salt into a lake of lemon juice.
Seriously, this is some of the most juvenile and unfunny shit I've ever fucking seen. It's written like something that would have gotten shat out on Adult Swim during the days when they loaded it up with the unfunniest, lowest effort content possible.

Yeah, I never understood why TNG and on Vulcan women had the bowlcut. Valeris had a bob with a hairband, Saavik, T'Pring, and T'Pau had updos(?). The bowlcut was more of a male thing in TOS.

While the STO character creator and tailor options aren't exactly the best, Vulcans and Romulans do benefit greatly from it. Especially for those who want them as somewhat thotty space elves.

Basically, unless you want to grind forever. The story content is fine on F2P but anything else is basic grind or pay hell.
