Ro felt forced on the viewers and there was a lot of narrative pressure on her. Kira was written to be a bitch and she was a bitch, but it worked because Nana Visitor understood the assignment. She played a young woman caught up in a brutal occupation who never had time for much else. Kira was also a lead role, so lots of pressure. Leeta is a different animal because you could tell Chase Masterson was just happy to be there. Leeta ended up being a really fun and interesting character, but there were basically no expectations for her from the beginning.

More importantly she is dumb and has low standards which by far make her the ideal woman for me.

Honestly the only lady on the station she loses to is Jadzia Dax because she was straight up crazy pretty and also would allow me to live out my secret fetish of fucking my own grandpa

They didn't GAF about anything that happened to the Bajorans and only stepped in to help after their Emissary needed them to, and they only cared about him because he was the only one who could defeat the pah-wraith for them.

They suck total dick.

She had such an alluring voice too. She could have done well in voice acting even after her looks faded.

Nana Visitor pulls off the pixie cut because she's slender without being formless. Skinny fit women can pull off short hair styles. It's when they get fat and or bad piercings they go into bull dyke territory.
 
I just wanted to share some data that has been suppressed by the Federation News Service regarding admissions at Starfleet Academy and it's affirmative action policies:

I have calculated the current amount of Pakled and Kazon students at Starfleet Academy and what they would be without all the Betazoid hand ringing about structural specism.

As we can see without AA, the amount of Pakled (1%) and Kazon (0.5%) students drops so low it's included in the others category.

I maintain that she's naturally one of the most attractive women in all of Trek. Visitor was a legit smoke-show with an incredible figure, who could also play the seductive eye-shadow game with the best of them. She may have been the only woman in the Berman era with a bodysuit designed to actually decrease her sex appeal.
