There are definitely some more explicit ways of showing each of those three, but I've been blessed to not see that blasted dog and I'd like to keep it that way.
If you use Bing chat specifically on Edge with a Microsoft account logged in, you can prompt "draw me a..." and you basically have infinite credits for some reason.
It is buggy as hell but you can also reset the chat infinite times as needed.
