Maybe it never happened at all...
No, I think you are right. I started remembering comments accusing him of using 1 to 1 4chan green texts for his Deep Rock Galactic video. But honestly, considering this stuff is anonymous and not always clear if it really happened, I think it's fair game.

Every time this guy makes a video on a game I actually have extensive knowledge about I realize how little he really knows about whatever he's talking about.
At least he's not a S2 shill.
Also GAMMA is dogshit and vanilla Anomaly with just BaS and some quest mods is superior. Desolation is better as well.

I don't know about that, his Bloons TD 6 review hit the nail on the head pretty fucking hard.

Honestly if someone was going into STALKER for the first time, Iw would just recommend they play the original 3 games with their own fix mods like ZRP (zone reclaimation project) for SOC and whatever the fuck CS and COP uses before dipping their boots into anything more complicated than that. Much better new player experience that way.

man, i want to skip to pripyat now
i'm approaching the end of the game and there really is nothing to do but the main mission
i'm curious if the faction missions do anything, but i have very little reason to do them: i have 200k+ in russian monopoly money, an accurate and powerful enough scoped rifle, tons of health consumables from being a hoarder headshot maxxer, and enough valuable artifacts to heal like wolverine, run indefinitely, and somehow restore my armor condition in an anomalous hazard
Sseth has good taste in cRPGs and Sims, so his slop is better then 90% of the gaming channels out there
i'm still waiting for a wrath of the righteous review
there is so much memeable material there for him to work with

Maybe for your games, I know some of the games and he seems decently informed, like Might and Magic series.

His Starsector vid turned out to be surprisingly informative when it came to making fat stacks throughout the game. Helped me properly get into the game and I still enjoy it years later.

There's one thing Sseth knows, and it's arguably the only thing you should know in a game. How to completely break the economy over your knee.

He really knew his way around those 90s PC RPGS, presumably because he played them as a kid, but for more modern stuff it does feel like he's making shit up.
That's why I'm still waiting for that Spellforce review - he had shown some footage of it, and I'm curious how he'd try to break the game. I like to think that I know that game inside out, but there's still the possibility to learn something.

the views are showing it

he seems to be on a dry spell lately.

To be honest he still hit 1 mil views, its just that I think he hit it a bit slower than usual. That being said, even if you are not hitting 1 mil with every video, consistently having hundreds of thousands of views is no small feat
It's not like Youtube is his only source of income. Same with Mandalore. I definitely wouldn't want to be 100% reliant on Youtube because we all know how busted it is with DMCA etc. Imagine getting your account nuked overnight like so many people did when they were "spreading Covid misinformation".

I think for his Dwarf Fortress video he basically took a couple of stories from an another Dwarf Fortress youtuber then presented them in the video as his own, if memory serves.
I can actually identify one of the videos he sourced footage from.

At 7:05 of his Dwarf Fortress review, he claims he started a fortress in an Evil biome. During that segment, this is what's displayed on the screen:

If you look carefully, all of the footage of "his" fortress actually appears to be cropped. That's because the source playthrough he used had a face-cam:

In the review, he excused his constantly changing tilesets as "using all of them" to upset ASCII purists, but the real reason is because all of the footage is sourced from different YouTubers with different tilesets.

Yall deserve this low level of slop when you defended his blatant plagiarism because he uhh commissioned goblin porn.
First thing I see coming back to this thread is you having yet another retarded take. Be honest with me, this is intentional, right? To be this consistent with your shit takes so often no matter the subject matter is impressive. As a matter of fact, isn't this the second time you say this?
Oh, apparently you occasionally come in to cry about "muh plagiarism" like it was just hammered into your head by your middle school English teacher, this a yearly event for you because it seems to be.
Desolation is better as well.
Tell me more about the Desolation you speak of, because there's one for Stalker 2 and one for CoP. I mean I know you're talking about the CoP one but what makes it worth using for you? Reading more it seems to be a fork of Anomaly rather than a mod, in which case I should be asking if it's worth using this over Anomaly as a whole or interchangeably?
Speaking of Anomaly I redownloaded it again recently, only reason I mention it is because I want to praise ModDB for its (presumably) uncapped download speed. Shit 9GB downloaded in 10 minutes, Nexusmods BTFO'd. Pains me that because it's not "pretty" and has less QoL (among other minor things) that people use Nexus more instead.
