If she has half of the shit she claims she has, then she'd be eligible for SSI or SSDI, and her medication and therapy sessions would be covered.

She doesn't want to seek help because a therapist would tell her that her cornucopia of self-diagnosed disorders is a big fat lie.

Also if she had as many mental illness as she claimed she would be so fucked in the head that she probably wouldn't even be able to lead a normal life of any kind.
 
If she can't afford to buy her own insurance, then she needs to apply for her state's form of Medicaid. She has no excuse not to do this.
