Unfortunately, Bill is just a bit too far from the pumpkin image, so he's slightly cut out, but it's fairly obvious it's him. Also, if this is also the thread for avatar requests, I wouldn't mind Bill being spooked up.

I borrowed my old one from last year. I should replace the pumpkin with a simple black and white jack-o-lantern cutout, but, lazy.

At first I tried just using a macaw skeleton but the blue and yellow were too nice to get rid of, so I got some stock photo of a creepy taxidermy macaw and did some Krita magic on it.

@ me if you want a Halloween version of your current avatar made with Controlnet. It's pretty good at getting the general character and pose right, but the results can vary depending on the subject and how easy it is to detect the structure of the image.

Here's the before/after for mine:
