anyone still playing? I recently picked it back up and my God this is such a fun game. What I find absolutely crazy is that I can find matches (ranked and social) in Splatoon 2 far quicker than Halo Infinite.

The reasons why (my best guesses at least)
- It is a family friendly franchise that appeals to children
- It is easy to make OC's due to the squids and octolings being just humans with tentacle hair
- You can make dark skinned characters which counts as "representation" even though Squids and Octos are completely separate species from humans.
- Terminally online trannies don't have anything else to do besides spam messages in Splatoon between Twitter posts.

As I said above, the game is still active. You will find games almost instantly in either ranked or turf if you want to play PvP. You will also find a team very quickly in salmon run if you're in the mood for PvE. Definitely give it a go if you're interested.

Still has troons and troon lovers everywhere if you go check people's cards around the main plaza.

At least you can't really communicate with anyone, so that's a plus.
