Hey @Trombonista Is there any way for Christmas I could be allowed to post in off-topic threads again, meaning music, sports, etc.? I have no interest in harming Null's precious lolcow threads; I just want to be able to talk sports with my Kiwi Farmer friends again. Is there any way I could be given redemption? I will do whatever is asked of me.

In theory that sounds like a good idea. Without some way forward or a path through, Spergatory turns into something more punitive & less funny. I’m not exactly sure how the specific appeals process would work, but it seems like after time, & with evidence, a path out of the darkness could be made available to deserving spergs who are otherwise trapped within this realm.

The Spergatory needs a way to escape it. The Catholic concept of purgatory is to purify sinners so they can go to heaven, not to keep them trapped forever. The way the Kiwi Farms spergatory functions now is more like a lolcow hell than a purgatory. We need a chance at redemption.

This is why @AnOminous should be the Kiwi Farms admin; he doesn't hold these weird grudges against users when they never did anything wrong. If you think of my original ban reasoning, it was for "no value"; basically, no reason was given. I was banned for being annoying and nothing more. If I were given a second chance, I wouldn't screw it up, but people insist on trapping me in Spergatory forever.

I don't really know you and have no grudge, but people don't get stuck here for no good reason. I've the feeling you're honey-coating quite a bit. I mean that's understandable, you want to get out of Pergatory, but I think you've got a long road ahead without sperging in the slightest for a LONG time before that becomes even a possibility.
