Dox came from the ribbit rally last year. Apparently he forgot to censor his whois info he was showing in a thread which resulted in his address being leaked.
I didn’t believe it at first due to zero evidence, but I’m more inclined into believing it now as the frogs that digged into Evaldas found evidence that he and quote share the same intrests.
