Anyone that acts like Last of Us 2 is a good game immediately loses my respect.
i mean gameplaywise it's fine but storywise it's kinda mid so i gave it a 6/10. but nothing can be mid anymore. you have to love it or hate it and if you dont do either we're gonna kill you.

People pointed out that instead of using a gymnast or slightly athletic Asian man for mocap, they used an out-of-shape black woman. It’s why every character is proportioned so oddly. The characters all move like a black chick with no athleticism and have the proportion of a black woman who has stubby legs and no ass (but is fat as fuck).

That’s on top of animation touch ups being shit.

Then the industry at large shouldn't make shitting on corpos more entertaining than the products and services they're expected to sell 99% of the time. Grifters feed what you give them, even if it's the remains of their own.
That and they should probably also consider stop openly shitting on their audience, too. When you just constantly shout "hey fuck you, assholes!" you have to expect they're going to want to shout it back.

Or are trash talks ads considered offensive by the thousands of minority game devs?
Oh they're utter pussies. They might dish it out but they can't take it one bit. They have just enough self-awareness to know they don't want to open those floodgates.

This is where we're at now: Video game companies are paying thirdies and other people to discredit random guys on YouTube and say anyone who doesn't fall in line is bad and shouldn't be listened too.
It's substantially cheaper than bribing the journoscum (and about as reliable).

I was looking into why Skillup is getting so much shit and it's just a tidal wave of Blue Check accounts and very obvious shills acting like he doesn't count as a reviewer just because he gave Wolverine a bad review.
If any of these mongoloids actually watched his review he doesn't even say the game is outright bad, just disappointing and all the handholding shit you can't disable is really annoying and patronizing.

He didn't lie about anything in his video, and that's probably why Sony is freaking out so hard and rallying the shills.

ETA: I stand corrected, he did say he thinks the game is bad, but if you watch the whole video it's still a totally justified critique.

This article says that's a myth, and that it came from a brief videos where media guests to the studio got to try mocap suits.

So they claim but in every video I've seen Wolverine runs and walks in a very feminine manner with exaggerated hip thrusts that men generally do not do.

So either whoever did the motion capture was female or they edited the animations later to be more feminine.

Wait, so the excuse is that what they showed was not the mocap, but was just "guests" getting studio tours, and playing around doing mocap? Why film a bunch of guests fucking around in your mocap studio for your marketing? Also, did these "guests" also happen to be game journos? Because if so, that's certainly in line with studios giving out free vacations and shit to bribe journos.
The footage comes from French gaming YouTuber Julien Chieze, whose Marvel’s Wolverine preview video went up in mid-August after a press visit to Insomniac Games.

OH, so it is some fucking game journo tourist who couldn't even put the claws on right who got himself a free vacation. But while that explains the tourist, that still doesn't explain the black women? Did the game journo have a negress harem he brought along and for some reason they were the ones that wound up in the mocap suits?

What a bullshit article.

There was a cute little joke in Arkham City where goons wonder if Harley used to be a dude, as her mocap in Arkham Asylum was done by a male performer.

I fucking dare a modern super hero game to use that sort of humour.

Maybe all the mocap was done by a gamer socks haver with something stuck in his ass.

Sony's apparently okay with Jacksepticeye mocking Charlie Kirk's death, to the surprise of absolutely no one. I hate the fact that they let this dumb retard direct the Bloodborne movie.

He does though.

It's right after the intro.
And then later he says it's fine if you like it, but he doesn't. People watched the first 30 seconds, got butthurt, and decided to start lying that he deliberately changed settings to make the game look worse when he was playing it exactly how the devs released it.

Stand back, everyone, the true expert is here (I'm being sarcastic), Mutahar

0:27 - he lets out his true accent.
Anyways, he's not a fan of the game. His issues: No consequences or real difficulty, excessive hand holding, simplistic combat.
He brings up DSP, saying that Wolverine tries to be DSP-proof.
So far, the usual critiques. The part, but when he gets to the story, that's where I'm kinda interested, I only saw a few tweets about it.

The real meat is in the spoiler.
He found an informative comment from reddit about this.
User Comfortable_put_4139's comment says:

"Wolverine is an amazing character that is very malleable and flexible for new interpretations, like Batman and Spider-Man. He can be done in so many different and engaging ways.

I have watched X-Men cartoons, films, played the games and read the comics as a child. Logan is pretty consistently a fucking asshole, and that’s what I love about him.

Say what you will about the film franchise, but Hugh Jackman’s interpretation of him in the movie Logan is one of the main examples I think of when it comes to the character.

Drunk, miserable, full of regret and pain from the violence he’s been involved with throughout his life. He’s a reluctant hero and a cantankerous bastard, but he still has great love for those he holds dear, such as Xavier. Protective, loyal and someone who will ultimately do the right thing for friends and family. A brutal killer with a heart of gold, if such a thing can even exist.

Insomniac’s Wolverine does not bring any of these characteristics to mind. He’s too nice? It’s like if Wolverine went to therapy. I don’t want Wolverine to go to therapy! I want him to be fucked up! It’s who he is!"

Mutahar doesn't go further into the thread, where someone else asks "Would it be accurate to say insomniac wolverine is like a "safe-angry" that would be acceptable to HR?"

Comfortable replies with:
"Yes, that’s not a bad description of him lol.

He’s the archetypal “rough around the edges, but still a good guy” kind of character. Now, Logan is that to a degree, but he’s also a brutal killer who has to fight against his own nature in a lot of situations. He’s not programmed to be a good guy.

You see any of Logan’s crashouts in other media, and it’s genuinely horrifying to see him become animalistic. That also includes the Hugh Jackman performances.

Insomniac Logan just feels very…safe? Is that the word I’m looking for?"
Mutahar points out that actual PS2-era titles like X2: Wolverine's Revenge were more challenging and mechanically engaging, whereas this game feels automated and patronizing. He also brought up Morrowind, noting how past titles trusted players to read quest logs and navigate environments naturally without waypoints or guiding lines. He uses this to show how far modern AAA design has fallen by catering to "DSP-level" players.
