When I saw the purple energy blade I almost had a stroke thinking this was Psylocke but apparently it is supposed to be Lady Deathstrike. Just horrendous female character design. If there ever was any doubt that this studio is now run by HR danger hairs and faggots, this confirms it.

Bit of a weird feeling I had about the absolute state of play that the more I think about it and mention with people on other sites, the more plausible it seems. Maybe I'm onto something, maybe I'm going schizo, who knows. But anyways, here goes.
I think the big gta6 netflix promo thing might have originally been intended for this show. It started with a gut feeling about how the absolute state of play felt like there was some sort of big segment originally there that got cancelled last minute, and left sony scrambling to add in some filler to keep it all together. Well, there's all of jack and shit coming out soon, so there are very few candidates for what could have filled that spot yet was also not at the show. After the fiasco with sony announcing the death of physical media, we know rockstar have distanced themselves from sony, including quite literally telling them to remove the gta6 branding and theming from things such as the playstation app. Funny how there was just a 26 minute gta6 promo literally a week ago, right before this show. This would explain why there was so much overlap between the state of play and state of play japan, otherwise, it would be really weird to have two different show and have them run back to back, yet over a third of what they have between them is just repeats.
Not saying there's anything ironclad, but it turns out there's a LOT more circumstantial evidence than even I expected to find.

Like, with Wolverine, I get it. He closes his fists to summon his claws so a sword works. But with Lady Deathstrike, she needs to have an open hand to summon her claws. Doesn't fit.
