id rather buy some chinese emulation machine, last time i heard they can now run ps2 games.

Considering that would mean you'd have games to play, sure. Although the idea of random chinese software machines bothers me for different reasons.

The other thing to worry about a Chinese emulation machine is if it will catch fire, and China's EVs, smartphones, smart watches, power banks, and even toilets love to spontaneously combust.

Catch fire, randomly be made out of asbestos and formaldehyde for no reason, send mains voltage down the HDMI port to fry the TV on accident due to bad component and trace placement on the board, be a handheld with the screen full some of some turbo cancer shit that when it cracks on accident you end up like Metokur.

The list goes on and on with random chinese electronics, especially with most of them being random third shift type products from no-name brands. Then the software itself could have god knows what in stuck in it, but that's likely easy enough to just keep off the network but still...
