I seriously don't see the issue of console exclusives coming to PC. That means more people can play those beloved exclusives.

Generally, there isn't a problem per se, though this does remove one reason why anyone would ever buy a console in the first place, its why Nintendo specifically doesn't put their games on PC. But for Sony Pony's, this might as well be Armageddon.

It's not a big deal, it's just the uncharted collection is very fucking weird in a sense. It's so people who watch the TV show can get a game related to it on a broader platform and eventually be led to getting a PS5 where they play future uncharted games.
It's just 4 relies heavily on knowing what went down with 1-3, while Lost Legacy really doesn't. 4 is also the worst uncharted to actually start with because it's the one every agrees you can miss.
Covid fucked up scheduling for filming for a ton of this, so weather or not this continues depends on the next few series go. Horizon's show was supposedly conceived as a Xena Warrior princess type show. But due to the high concept nature of everything that's taking the longest to get back together it seems. Originally the TV show would have come out around the same time as the sequel. But apparently there are 4 more Horizon games in development now and some are going to be different genres.
The Fall Guys Horizon crossover event apparently spoiled a major thing by showing cosmetic stuff. Because the Forbidden West was pushed back to Quarter 1 of 2022 when it was supposed to originally release this quarter.

Given how next gen consoles are harder to obtain, they have to recoup their losses somehow. Almost all these PS4-5 exclusives blur together anyway.

It's not insults that I have a problem with it's the fact that you keep pushing clickbait narratives.
Japanese games are heavily reliant on international sales at this point with the vast majority of sales are coming from America. The developers that stay in Japan only are the minority of minorities and most of those titles will be budget ones. Even visual novels at this point sell better overseas than in japan itself, stuff has changed within the last 20 years greatly. This really isn't some niche thing anymore. The Japanese population games on mobile games that are not only very time consuming but monetary as well. They don't really bother with consoles in general.
I mean you're in Europe so you might not realize since you don't live in the area, but Japan and the US have had a very strong cultural and economical exchange since the end of world war 2. They're both two sides of the same coin and japan cannot exist without the US. Getting Japanese media has been pretty easy to get in America even going back to the early 80's. It's pretty much engrained in the states and Canada.
Companies are actively looking for international distribution channels and some are even looking to be global publishers themselves. America is the defacto thunderdome when it comes to consoles, genres and hardware compete far more fiercely than anywhere else.

Strange they aren't porting the original Uncharted trilogy since most PC players haven't played it, oh well. Hopefully bloodborne and the last guardian get a port

You have Korea's console market also growing. China would have surpassed a ton of things by now, but they're cracking down on things considered foreign influence. So This includes games and every form of media, they've also taken away their populations means of gaining more income so they're really fucking with their economic engine. They're considered an unreliable long term source because of all the fuckery.
I mean you mentioned Falcom wanting to take rights back from Clouded Leopard and they service the Chinese and Koreans. While they have some games out like Wings of Darkness many smaller publishers are looking to get more things into the western market. EastAsiaSoft puts out new releases for the PS4 and PS5 every week at this point. Hell Elden Ring's ps4/ps5 versions are selling out just like Tales of Arise' collectors editions did. Tales of Arise also surpassed games like Deathloop and was within the top 5 games of it's release month in terms of the profit it generated in America.
Currently the French console market is larger than Japan's.

PS3 exclusives can be a lot more work to port than PS4 games thanks to the architecture of the PS3. The PS4 is just an AMD PC with a Sony logo.
Though I just remembered they did port the trilogy to PS4 so they could just use that version. Fuck if I know, then.

Also, I'm not surprised by this. Sony moving HQ to California (commie state) probably let a bunch of pedos from Jewwood and other left wing areas to come into positions of power. This faggot has been working at Sony since 2013. Three years before the HQ moved from Kyoto to San Mateo, California.
