Oh yeah, I think it'll probably happen, for whatever reason I feel like if a park is planned for the United States it's gonna take a lot for it to be canceled outright unlike with a foreign country.

like I said depends how much want to lean into the exclusive aspect. TLOU is apparently coming, but that can be a rumor. there's also a cumulative effect of having several games ported, want to see the sequel to horizon AND the prequel to uc4? etc.
pretty sure DS was always multiplat even when sony/kojima were being coy about it; days gone didn't sell that bad, especially japan, but since the IP is dead (didn't get a sequel when asked because MUH BLOCKBUSTER) that's pretty much just trying to extract a bit more money from the corpse.
The update of the 1993 Doom? That shouldn't count, people ran Bethesda(tm) Doom on the C64 and I can play Patapon on my stove despite Sony not porting it to Electrolux, it burns my hands but that's the power of emulation.

Been considering getting a slim ps3 for ps2 backwards compatibleity is it any good
I'm pretty sure it's only the fat PS3s that do PS2 and PS1 BC isn't it? I need to get around to installing retroarch on my xbox so I can play through some old PS1&2 games.
Slim PS3s do not have PS2 backwards compatibility.

I had one of the OG ps3’s. Having it be the only console I’ve had that crapped out was… frustrating considering I use moniters for everything now and they never have av cables.
Best bet is to get a framemeister or ossc though downside is the fact that they cost the same price as a brand new ps5
